Can these be used for swimming or is it mainly for sound?

I'm sure they could be used for swimming as they fit as tight as any silicone ear plugs I have used but are much more comfortable.

Do these earplugs give you any special super powers while wearing them?

No, but the ability to sleep feels like it must be a super power. They do block sound better than anything else I've tried although when sounds are really loud, I use these PLUS my Sony wh-1000xm4 headphones with ANC. Because I can shape them to fit, they are comfortable for this side-sleeper when headphones are not required.

How can they be made stronger ?

If knead well and placed in ear canal quickly and firmly the mold dries very strong. Keep mouth open wide during the 15 minute curing process for a snugger fit when dried.

Do these work for reducing annoying open office conversations?

Yes it will reduce ambient noise.
