RCR Timeless Large Clear Glass Vase 30cm

I did in fact LOVE this when it arrived BUT after only five weeks the bottom of the vase sheered clean off !! I therefore contacted the seller who I have to say offered me NO help whatsoever.....he just referred me to Amazon. I contacted them and once I had returned the product (both halves) they reimbursed my payment.I then reselected another cut glass vase......so far so good.......six weeks in it's still got a bottom ! Hoorah

I bought the vase six months ago and there was one night when I tried to replace the water and the entire base of the vase just fell off. I nearly hurt myself because of that. I don't understand why the base can be seperated from the body of the vase so easily. I was putting the vase indoor with good care and this shouldn't happen.

I had two, both have had the bottom share off. I have contacted seller twice, no reply,

A beautiful piece of decent quality glass well produced. Looks lovely and ideal for purpose(even looks good empty). Very happy and seller excellent, safely transporting the item in perfect shape from Italy and very timely too. Five stars for producer/seller and the product

a very nice vase nice and tall .i like the way it flares out at top .flowers look a lot better not bunched up tightly

This crystal vase is beautiful and is a centre piece of my dining table. It's solid and great quality. It looks much more expensive than it's price.

I bought this for my Nan for Christmas. It is a lovely looking vase. It's really heavy and seems like it would be hard to break which is a bonus!
