Worst product I have ever used. It stopped working properly after just one month. The syncing process is not user-friendly. Every time I want to view the recorded videos, I have to disconnect Apple CarPlay first. This is very inconvenient. Also, the recordings can only be viewed while connected to the vehicle; there is no option to monitor or access them remotely through the app. Overall, the product does not meet expectations and I would not recommend it. Replacement or Amazon service support not available, I've to take it the customer service centre of VW. Worst !!!

Picture quality is very good, App is also good, camera doesn't record audio, I am not sure whether it has microphone.

I had puchased GPS version and installed . Pros : price and product quality. Cons : Comes with cable having fuse inputs and GPS module integrated with cable. Installing using this cable voids car warranty by most car manufacturers. Also which fuse output to be used is not clear. If used with direct usb cable interface the GPS module is useless. The camera resolution is good but coverage area is limited. Mobile device is required to install software and connect to camera.

Wonderful product, does the job. Just ensure specific SD card is only used. If you are trying to check the camera using phone charger or any other source other than a cars wired connection, it goes of after a few seconds. When installation is complete, it connects with the ignition of the car and comes ON immediately once car is started. Then open app, connect wifi of camera shown with 12345678 default password and you are good to go. Best part is if you have an android player, download the app on the same system and voila, you will be able to see recordings on the screen there n then with your voice too if you are chatting along in a ride.

Buy it guys. You will not be disappointed. Its great product with v good video quality

I purchased this dashcam due to an attractive offer, but unfortunately, it's been a complete letdown. The first unit I received had issues with automatic shutdowns and a poorly designed mobile app. Assuming it was a manufacturing defect, I opted for a replacement. However, the second unit has the same problems. It's clear that the product is of poor quality and potentially locally made. The company's customer support is non-existent, with no response to phone calls. In hindsight, I regret not investing in a reputable brand. I strongly advise others to do the same and avoid wasting their money on this subpar product.
