Best device in the world

The analyzer seems to work ok. However the one I received appeared to be used as it had scuff/scratch marks all over it. I also cannot get the lid to open. When I try, the sensor door pops open instead. I have contacted the company and they were supposed to send me a new one, however it has not happened. I have called and emailed and now I get no response. A lot of money spent on something that seems to work, but not quite the way it should. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

I don't know if they ever got a working version at all or if they are still in business....I am looking them up since I put $18 into their MYDX .0008 stock....at that price (and the volume they have) I think I might put in some more...a little bit anyway...If I have not sold my $40 in ENZC so fast I could (it seems) have sold at like 72 cents (!!!!) and gotten over $50,000 from that $40.

1st off DONT BUY THIS! I am a hemp farmer and If you have one and its within the 30 days return it now. This machine looked promising to me and failed me at every level. The App is horrible and doesn't adjust to different size phones to say the least. I hoped that they might improve SOMETHING! They have not, the levels of THC are so far off from a lab it's ridiculous. How can they market to us but not be able to provide a product that even works right. I've tried calling customer support and good luck with that. I'm sure at some point they got sick of all the complaints and gave up. There website says that they will be updating the levels of accuracy soon. I've had it for almost a year and can't even get someone to return my call. Thanks My Dx One for the worst purchase of my life at just under 1500$
