This is a must buy if you need one. Fit perfectly and cables all lined up. This seller had very professional packaging. Screen came in a nice box with plastic wrapped around it (as new). The package was not damaged at all. Inside it even has a instruction cardboard digitizer with the hole alignment for the screws incase you forget where they go. That is awesome. It works really good. Thank you to the seller for such a great buy you are definitely saved on file for all my phones. We have 2 kids still on our plan so…..lol. BEST BUY on mobile phone screens!!!! Last person we bought one from, it lasted about 7-14 days and screen went out!

I ordered extra tools in order to do a perfect job with this screen installation, went fine. I took my time. Turned phone back on and it looked perfect. However - one annoyance and one show stopper issue. The visible pixel display is at least 2mm smaller than the original. It’s noticeable, annoying, but nothing more. I would have accepted that were it not for the main problem, and reason for the 1 star review which is that after installation and testing for 4 days - the screen works intermittently perfect. It’s seem fine - but every 10-15 minutes consistently, it stops responding to all touch, swipe etc. and I had to set in screen lock and unlock it again to “wake it up”. Restarted device many times during the days testing, but the problem did not go away. Internal connections were completed properly. The fact that it is an ongoing but intermittent problem tells me that this screen is simple buggy and not sufficiently compatible for this device. I knew this wasn’t Apple OE, but I expected the screen to respond to touch 100% of the time. Problem was too much, so I had no choice but to reinstall the defective (missing pixels) OE screen. Very disappointed in this product.

I love these any time I have an accident either my phone they’re a nice, easy, quick fix! The touch is realistic, it’s made with good quality materials, it doesn’t require a hard touch, and is cheaper then competitors or a in store fix. The screen also allows Face ID and comes with a screen protector for an extra bit of durability!!

I just did two iPhone XR's with two of these kits. I'm a general IT person where I work, not specifically a device repair professional. I dig into laptops regularly but have done just a few phone screen replacements. This kit is mostly ok. I'm very pleased that it includes the three special screwdrivers because they are very small and specific. The instructions are usable, although I paused for a while trying to understand the warning about not pulling too hard on a cable and messing up the Face ID system. I never did quite grasp the specifics of the warning through reading, so I forged ahead, and fortunately, I was gentle enough not to mess anything up. Do pay attention to the instruction related to disconnecting the battery cable. Through handling the disassembled pieces, I ended up with an iPhone that was on but without a screen, and it took another look through the instructions to realize they had pointed out the location of the battery connector. At the stage of prying the old screen away, I had to use my own tiny metal screwdriver. The flimsy plastic prying tools provided in this kit a) don't fit in the tiny gap, and b) break if you try to use them on said gap. Yes, I did put some marks on the exterior of the iPhones using the metal screwdriver. These were company phones that are already beat up (and kept in protective cases that hide the tool marks), but if I had been working on someone's private device, I would have been much more concerned about this issue.

Perfect fit

Works well and was fairly easy to replace . If you also need to do back glass do the back first so you don’t have to worry about scratching new screen or damaging it, I didn’t and got it just a bit hot removing rear glass that’s the slight discoloration in lower left. Totally my fault

Fair quality replacement screen, particularly good value for the price. The tools and instructions are a step above other kits i've received. The tools themselves are good quality and easy to use. The instructions are extremely easy to follow for new users. Stepped out in a handy booklet, on the back of the box, which packages the screen and tools nicely together, and on the screw organiser card - which also has sticky pads on top of the illustration of the phone parts to make sure everything is organised. Would have liked to have OLED options locally in Sydney Australia, but still very happy.
