Keypad Door Lock with Handle, Smart Keyless Entry with Code for Front Door

I was reluctant to try this brand because my rental properties all use the industry leading brand, Schl*ge. However, the much more appealing price convinced me to try it. This is less than half the price, mind you. I was afraid I would get something cheap. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. This is well built, high quality metal, quality keypad, feels heavy in the hand. I do have some complaints however, but not enough to dock a star from my rating. My number one complaint: when you enter your 4 digit code, you have to finish by pushing the "NICE DIGI" button. This is annoying, bordering on outrageous. All of the other keyless entry systems use the industry leader, and industry pioneer: Schl*ge. On those, you just enter your 4 digit code and the door unlocks immediately. Now, I'm going to be getting calls day and night from tenants and employees all saying "my code doesn't work in this new lock." It adds nothing to security, and now for the next 15 years I'm going to have to push an extra button a hundred times a day to get into these doors. Oh well, I shall live. My #2 complaint is that there is no option to erase all the user codes at once without resetting the whole system. I use a lot of user codes, and sometimes worry i haven't written them all down. Oh well. Here's what they really got right: ONE TIME USER CODES!!! OMG, this is brilliant. Fantastic. I also love that there's a silence feature and a vacation mode. It's also easier to install than the industry leading keyless entry. The cord that passes through the door is so easy. The little wire connector does seem delicate and it's hard to disconnect if you have to move this to a different door or replace the door... there's nothing to grab onto except the wires which is scary. Another thing I like: there are big rubber gaskets that seem way more waterproof than Schl*ge. The style is more modern and it's much more appealing to the eye. Overall, I will be buying these exclusively from now on as my old ones die. This is a great value for the price.

This is great! I'm super impressed that it's so sturdy, easy to use, and easy to install for a great price. I've never installed a lock before, but I'm stubborn and like to figure things out myself, so I sat down at my door with hope in my heart and the manual in my hand, and got it done. Zero problems (other than a user-error thing where I put something in backwards, but that's my fault). I'm genuinely surprised at how easy the install was. I've had it installed since early May, and we haven't had a single issue with it. I haven't tried setting one-time-use passcodes or secondary passcodes yet, so I can't speak to that. I do love, though, that you can put any amount of digits before and/or after your code to throw off any potential onlookers, and the door will still open. I also like that you can set how long you want the period between when you unlock and when it auto-locks to be. It bolts very well - I don't have any concerns that someone might be able to kick it in easily or anything. You can't lock/unlock from the inside, but I can't think of an instance where that would matter anyway, since I have it set to auto-lock after a minute and a half, and the inside handle doesn't lock (only the outside handle). I like that it came with a key - I'm always paranoid that the batteries will die without warning (though apparently it warns you with quite a bit of advanced notice), so it's reassuring to have the key on my keychain anyway. just in case. There's no fingerprint recognition, which is honestly fine by me, I feel like I'd just get frustrated having to perfectly align my thumb every time. There's also no wifi to lock/unlock remotely or generate new passcodes on the go, but I'm alright with that for this price. Plus, I kind of worry about wifi connections making the lock easier to hack, but I also don't know what I'm talking about in that regard lol.

This was a great buy for the garage door going into the house where you don't need a deadbolt. It's super convenient not having to mess with keys anymore and the installation was easy and straightforward. The keypad works smoothly, the handle feels solid, and setting up the code didn't take long at all. I put in my phone to replace the batteries in 1 year - unsure how long it last. Overall, it does exactly what I needed it to do and I'd recommend it for interior or garage entry doors.

TOTAL JUNK - works for a week and then won't unlock, and because it's default position is locked you can't even get into the door! I got this for a second door that I added to a storage garage for easier access to two sides and didn't want to have to carry a key. The other door has a different brand low price keypad lock that has worked fine for years. I got this on Prime Day, a week before I installed the door so by the time I got the door in and realized how unreliable the lock is it's past the 30 day return window. The lock will unlock with the code for a day or two, then something inside the lock comes loose and the motorized release stops unlocking it. I've reset it many times but it never lasts more than a couple days. Thankfully I have another door on the garage otherwise I would be locked out and have to break in through a window!?! What junk!

Lock functions well and easy to use. Installation and programming were straightforward. I like the way the numbers light up and stay lit while you are entering your code.

This review is mainly on the company itself. I purchased this item back in November when I knew I was going to be moving. I only just recently opened the box to put it on, other renovations were more of a prior. However, when I opened the box, the latch was missing. I contacted the company in hopes of being able to purchase a new latch, because the one I went and bought at Ace was just slightly too small. Clearly I was over the 30 day return policy, but with no hesitation they sent me a new latch for free! I was very shocked and most companies wouldn’t have done that. The lock was very easy to put together and super simple to add codes!

Super easy to install! It took me about 20 minutes since I already had the holes cut. Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. Looks sleek and modern on our doors. Easy to program and instructions are crystal clear, both written and the filmed ones using the QR code. Customer support is next-day if needed, which is much appreciated. Buyers should know, however, that it does not lock from the inside if the auto-lock feature is disengaged. We disconnected it so that we didn’t have to continually unlock our doors when we wanted to come in every time we stepped outside. We have a backup deadbolt lock, but if you don’t, you should be aware that the door locks automatically every time you shut the door, unless you disengage the auto-lock feature, and if you do that, it doesn’t lock from the inside. Nuff said. Other than that, an excellent product and highly recommended.

This does not fit on a standard Japanese door, but it feels solid and looks to be a good quality item. Seller refunded the purchase right away without even received the return yet. Thank you, seller, for your trust.

Really nice, good construction, thought it was going to suck without an app but it’s actually pretty easy to set or add more codes, I like the light, and the sound isn’t annoying.

Installed on my shop door in December, it failed in July. I couldn’t get into my shop, even the key wouldn’t unlock it. I had to take a hammer and chisel to it, in about a minute I was in. So, not only did it quit, I was able to break into my own shop in about a minute. I’m replacing it with something a little more substantial.
