Saw improvements after 1st use
These arrived next day delivery . Being new to these I wasn’t sure which strips were top or bottom so the instructions could do with being clearer , but once sorted I left them on for 30 minutes , the jell softens I almost forget it was there . Have used three times over the space of a fortnight and happy with the results so far .

Contains sodium chlorite
The ingredients for these strips are not listed on the page, but their active ingredient is sodium chlorite, which studies have found softens the enamel of teeth and leads them to being more vulnerable to abrasions. This is my own fault for buying a product that does not have ingredients listed. Buyer beware

Arrived quickly. Disposable strips which are much more comfortable to wear than the plastic trays and much mor hygienic than them.

These aren't going to get your teeth sparkling white but I definitely noticed a difference. Very good for the price range.
