Not cheap but tastes AMAZING
Great quality and full, nutty flavor. Yes it's pricey, but it's hands-down the best tasting whole wheat flour I've ever used. I've used it for waffles, pancakes and blueberry muffins. Tastes like you milled and ground it fresh yourself. Great food starts with great ingredients!

Whole Wheat Wow!
I've never used a whole wheat/graham flour with such good flavor before but this has a wonderful toasted nuttiness in baked goods and I actually like it.
