These are the best pans I have ever owned. They are of great quality and wash well in the dishwasher. I love that the handles are removable. I do not recommend putting the handles in the dishwasher. The coating will peel off after repeated washes - I learned that the hard way. My daughter came over for Easter and used some of my pans and went home and ordered a set for herself! All of the pans cook food evenly because of the base of the pans. I really like how they stack with the pan spacers because it save space in the cupboard. They are not too heavy, but really sturdy. I have had these for quite a few months now and they look brand new! I will repurchase these when and if the time ever comes.

Very easy to clean, definitely non stick.*WARNING*-knives can knick the coating and loaded pots (water and pasta) I recommend 2 handles because if you hold a single handle and accidentally hit the release it will drop the whole dish (I've done)Even though my larger skillet got knocked by a knife a couple times it still cooks great and cleans easy. Love being able to remove the handles and very easy to store. Lids are awesome, and hand a lot.

I’m really impressed with this CAROTE ceramic cookware set. The pieces look sleek and modern, and they feel sturdy without being too heavy. The nonstick surface works wonderfully — I can cook with very little oil, and food just slides right out. Cleaning is quick since nothing sticks, and a simple wipe or rinse usually does the job.The handles stay cool while cooking, and the glass lids fit securely. Bought these almost a year ago! They are holding up beautifully no scratches, insanely durable and they cook great.These would be a perfect 5 stars but the handles hold them back, they are already peeling paint and they are rusting inside where the mechanism is, they used steel...not stainless screws or galvanized but just steel....so unless you have an air gun handy when you wash them these will get rusty inside. Other than that they would of had 5 stars from me!

I’ve been using this pan for a while now, and I’m impressed. It feels much more durable than the copper brand pan I owned before—no scratches so far. It heats up very fast, the nonstick surface works beautifully, and cleaning it is effortless.

Bought these for use in RV (I’m on the road for work and spend more time in the RV than at home). The full set fits in 12x12x10” of storage space! Heat is quite even and they’re a pleasure to cook in. Non-stick is unbelievably good! Last night I nodded off and horribly burnt my teriyaki salmon. I didn’t get around to trying to clean the pan until this morning. Even that blackened burnt in sugary mess came right off with a spritz of water and a paper towel, no pre-soak or scrubbing or even soap needed to unstick it!Can’t speak too much to durability yet but they sure feel well made. Still look out-of-box new after two months of daily use (of course I’m smart enough not to use metal utensils or heavy scrubbing on non-stick). I also like the protective pads provided for use while stacked.My only complaint is the lids don’t fit while the detachable handle is attached, but the handle goes on and off real easily so sits a very small sacrifice for that super compact storability.All in all I’m very pleased with the purchase!

The contents of my house were submerged in four feet of water from Hurricane Helene last year. My effort to make careful selections about replacing everything included committing to only replacing the few pots and pans I actually used rather than buying a whole set.Then I saw this set.It was on sale for $40 and didn't take up much space. Clear lids, removable handles (which also helps take up less space) and even lids for storing cooked food in the same pot I just cooked in made this an offer I couldn't refuse. I use every single pot and pan now! They are easy to clean, nothing gets stuck on if I leave it on too long, the lids have little holes to let some of the steam out and make it easy to drain water, and not needing oil made me realize that most foods make really don't need oil for great flavor and texture.One thing that would make this the most perfect set ever would be pour spouts but with every other positive, I don't even miss it.
