We bought these for an upcoming trip. Love them! Customer service was wonderful! The car charger we received did not work. I contacted the seller and they sent us a new one right away. Now everything works perfectly!*Yes, my four year old is wearing Christmas pjs in June. Gotta pick your battles sometimes*Pros:-able to have one screen rear facing-able to use with headphones or each screen has speakers as well-player remembers last location on DVD so I don't have to restart the movie every timeCons:-wish the cord connecting the screens was a little longer (it barely reaches when you have one screen rear facing)-if the headrest doesn't go up, it's impossible to attach the mount (our rear facing screen is actually tied onto the seat with string because the headrest doesn't go up)I would definitely recommend this product!

I love everything about this product - except for the volume level, needs to be higher! It only goes up to a level 20, which is the same as the rest of my previous portable dvd players, but for some reason, the kids still have a hard time hearing these ones (even with my car radio off, but it is much better/easier to hear with headphones on in general.) The headrest attachments are SUPER EASY to install and use, which is a major bonus for the price. The remote control is great also, the controls are perfect and the screen quality is excellent. We love the fact that we can use them as "portable dvd players" too and that they come with a built in stand for airplane rides. Will be using these daily!! Overall, everybody is very happy with this product and it would have gotten 5 stars if you could control the volume/sound better.

We chose this item instead of a professional entertainment system and install. The combo is great especially since it comes with home/car chargers headrest mounting brackets and long cords. I would love to of gotten a pair of headphones with the bundle even if it cost a little more money. With that being said we love the item and will get plenty of use out of it on our family road trips!

two kids and additional family = two screens..... this product is AWESOME! easy set up, very user friendly, and great great money value. DOESN'T skip over bumps and ridges and I do a lot of of traveling back and forth in a heavy construction area currently. HAS A REMOTE THAT WORKS!!! charges in your car or use out of the car at home or the office and use the ac adapter charger. also, it has a battery life... over the life of my kids I've gone through 4 different portable players and this one is by far the best in every way. if anything happened to this player I would without question buy it again. oh, and as the power cord is actually longer than 2 feet (I think it's 6 feet but not certain) you can set up the players in the back seat of course or the 3rd row seating of an SUV or van, OR even have one player in the middle row and the other in the 3rd row... very versatile with set up - and that's important to me with my kids and family.

I really wanted to love this! Though the dvd player worked great,...had nice sound and picture,... the slave monitor didn't. There was sound but no picture...just lines across the screen. After trying different things for awhile, I decided I'd email CUtrip (who promises a quick reply). It's been 24 hours and I still haven't heard anything. I searched for ways on Amazon to get a replacement monitor without having to return everything that's in the box. But I had no success. So I decided to return these for a refund, while I still could. I bought a single dvd player instead. I'm disappointed that this one didn't work out.As an update: The seller did respond and offered to give me a different model dvd player as a replacement. But that wouldn't have done me any good considering I need them to be connected to play the same movie. I originally gave a one star rating. I am changing it to a two because of the seller's effort to resolve the matter.

This was a great buy! The headrest mounts kept the screens nice and stable on the road and made it very easy to remove during stops on our road trip. Our 3 and 7 year olds were entertained for the whole 6 hour trip, by keeping the ac adapter plugged into the car charger.

The quality on this device looks much better than the RCA dual dvd players that I have had in the past. The buttons are bigger and in the right area for use. The sound is louder as well out of the speakers. The ability to have the battery to not lose your spot if the car bounces will be a life saver.The mount did not fit my buick enclave headrest but there are also hole slots for a Velcro strap to be used (not included) that worked perfect for me.Anxious to use these on the next rad trip.

This thing is a lifesaver. We have twins and on long car rides just pop in a movie and they sit and watch. Wish it was a little louder, some movies you can barely hear. Everything worked out of the box and setup was easy. My favorite part about these are how they attach to the headrests. Most other ones that I have seen just connect with some velco and a strap. These actually have rigid mounts that connect to the headrests and come with all different sizes of adapters to fit whichever size headrest you have. So you don't ever have to worry about them moving around while you are driving and you can get the exact angle you want with them. The remote works great and allows you to do anything you need. It's nice they both stay on when the car gets shut off so like if you are getting fuel or something. One switch turns off both of the units.
