Fits sonicare
These are a great inexpensive alternative to use as replacement heads for your sonicare.Be aware that are stiff at first, but they do soften up to a normal firm brush. Good buy.

Better than real sonicare
These fit my HX686P sonicare brush, even though that # doesn't seem to be listed in the product description. They're a bit tighter fit than original sonicare heads, but still fit fine and vibrate fine. I actually prefer these bristles over the original. They also seem to shake the water out better after brushing keeping the brush drier and not creating a moist environment for bacteria.

Does not fall of unit.
I had purchased a different brand and after 10 seconds of brushing it would fall off. Used these for a week and it has not fallen off once.

Great Value!!
These replacement heads are worth every penny. When I saw the price, I was skeptical, but they are every bit as effective as the original heads. In fact, for me, they are a better brush for me. You can feel a harder, more intense vibration, but that actually works for me. I've always thought the originals were a bit soft and required more "pressing" during brushing. I will probably stick with these, rather than return to the originals.

Great Value!
I have absolutely nothing but praise for this product. Not as expensive as namebrand and does the job they’re supposed to do. Will purchase again.

They fit and work perfectly
Fits my diamond clean toothbrush. Love the price and quality, bang for your buck! I don’t feel bad changing them out monthly for really good cleaning. Solid quality and the brush heads are like the $50 ones.

Not as tight of fit as I’d like.
The hole in the neck of the replacement head isn’t deep enough for the metal rod that gets inserted into it, leaving a slight gap between the replacement head and the hand held base. It doesn’t seem to affect the mechanics or working ability of the toothbrush. The original replacement heads made by the same manufacturer as the brush itself do not have this gap, leading me to believe that it’s a slight defect on these particular replacements.
