Everyone should have a copy of this.
Well written, clear, amusing, professional. I'm a real fan of Dawson he has an amazing ability to teach. If you don't know EFT get this, if you do, get this ... everything you need to know and written in a way so its easy to learn. EFT works, and this explanation is full. Enjoy and then tap away; tap away all those emotions that are keeping you stuck, break through the beliefs that are limiting you, and heal your trauma. When you've done with that, do the fun stuff and get abundant, be confident, create the world you want, live the dream! Tap a life you love.

A well-written manual
This is a well-written instruction manual on the "how to" of EFT plus the glitches you might encounter and how to overcome them. Plenty of case studies for you to follow along with. Very straight-forward and simple to follow.

Too wordy and confusing
I have given this one star for three main reasons. Firstly I found the title and appearance of this book very misleading. I was certainly misled. This is the third edition of the EFT manual, this time written by Dawson Church, but it looks exactly the same as the second edition written by Gary Craig. You could be forgiven for thinking that this is a just a revised edition of Gary's manual, but in my opinion it has been completely re-written by Dawson Church and although the title and headings are the same as Gary's second edition it bears little resemblance to it.Another reason for the one star is that I found the structure most confusing. For instance, on page 97 there is a section on what to do if the SUDs level doesn't come down to 0 but it only mentions adjusting the affirmation and reminder phrase and doing another round of EFT. We have to wait until page 275 to find the Collarbone breathing technique to help in these situations.Similarly, on page 98 there is a section on specifics followed by one on aspects but neither section gives much detail on how to find them. It isn't until page 278 that we meet Gary's metaphor of table tops and legs where there is more detail on these two vital parts of EFT. I could go on.Finally, unlike Gary Craig's second edition, I found this edition far too wordy and difficult to follow. So, considering all of this I would suggest to anyone serious about wanting to learn EFT, that they save their money and learn from Gary himself by working through his free Gold Standard Tutorial on his (emofree) website.

Great basic text
Thoroughly covers the basics of EFT, including research and anecdotal uses. Clear introduction, and well presented. It also dives deeper into many interesting areas, such as specific uses.

Best EFT Book I Have Ever Read
The EFT Manual by Dawson Church is one of the best books I have read on EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Loads of research, verification and validation for how EFT works. Amazing.
