Great product and great customer service
I am very pleased with the product. I bough 2 of them and installed it in my kitchen island but then it burnt out possibly due to poor set up by my contractor. I reached out to customer services and explained the issue. The were quick to respond and ultimately sent a replacement, I didn’t have to reach out to Amazon support as they were equally quick and gave me no hassle at all. Overall, the product is great, got a clean look, very functional, and most of all, great customer service. A well worth purchase. Highly recommend.

In my case I have a clock plugged into one power outlet and it was pretty tight to plug in the USB cable despite the ...
They charge all our mobile devices quite well. I have not measured how fast as they are in locations where we charge devices over night. It appears to me that they are not very fast (nowhere close to the QC chargers) but they still charge our phones and iPads within a few hours. So they do the job I bought them for.Note: If you have power adapters plugged into one or two of the outlets, then it will become almost impossible, if not impossible, to use the USB ports. In my case I have a clock plugged into one power outlet and it was pretty tight to plug in the USB cable despite the fact that the power converter for the clock was rather small. Still, it did work so I am fine with it. Just keep this in mind.

Minor issues, but overall I'm happy
These looked really easy to install, but I had an electrician do it anyways. It took him all of 5 minutes for each wall plug. They look nice, but I noticed only the left USB plug is working. Not sure if its a plug defect, or installation issue. It was installed by a licensed electrician, so I didn't do it and can't speak to the process. The green light above the left USB plug is a little annoying. It acts as an attractant for my toddler. He constantly wants to poke and prod it which is concerning since I don't want him playing with plugs. Luckily these have finger blockers inside the plugs so he can't stick his fingers inside. I think I'm going to put a white piece of tape over the light to block it. Its a distraction for me and a magnet for my kids. Otherwise, these charge our Iphones pretty fast. I noticed mine went from 28% to 53% in less than 15 minutes. Thats nice, now I need to find out why the right USB plugs don't work.

USB stopped working within a year. Customer support is not great.
I bought a pair of these around previous summer. Installation wasn't that big of a deal. They worked well for a while but started failing soon. The 3-prong outlets still continue to work but the USB outlets, which was what my main need was started failing pretty much immediately. Within the last 1 1/2 years, all 4 USB outlets on both of the wall outlets failed. Finally after a long wait for AbboTech customer support to respond, I ended up replacing these with a pair I bought from Costco. To clarify, I contacted AbboTech pretty much immediately when the first outlet started failing. Initially they responded promptly and at one point agreed that they are going to send me replacements. It's been a long wait and I haven't received any replacements yet. To make matters worse, I don't think there is away for me to contact them anymore either because they don't do business on Amazon anymore, or because my warranty period as expired (or something else..I just don't know). I think for the price I payed I didn't get a reasonable use out of these.

Good stuff
I was waiting for a really good deal on a set of this type of outlet, but they don't seem to go on sale much so I just pulled the trigger. Install is just like a regular outlet, but due to all the electronics for the USB ports there's a lot of outlet to cram into the wall. Since I was installing them into brick wall things got pretty tight even after I trimmed up the wiring a bit to make things fit better while keeping my fingers crossed that I don't burn the house down.Tight install aside, the outlets are great to have in today's world of having a million personal computing devices to charge all over. So I'm glad I installed them as it frees up the clutter around the outlet a little bit.

They are still working after 9 months - but HELL to put in!
My house was wired circa 1962. The outlets have thick NOT braided copper wiring. IT took me over 8 hours to install these because my receptacle boxes were too small so had to be replaced AND the wires were very thick AND the screws had to be held against gravity to get the wires under them - believe me my 4 letter word repertoire was in full hearing range of the neighborhood when I put these in. I bought other brands of the same thing this week @ Home Depot (they didn't carry anything like it 9 months ago when I bought these) it took only 90 minutes to replace the old receptacle box and replace the outlet with theirs and instead of holding the screws up the screws stayed where you stopped unscrewing them so no convoluted positions to get the wires intl the slots on the back instead of under the $%#! screws!!

Works great so far
Works great so far. USB ports charge and works well so far.Have not had issue of the USB ports dying like with other reviews. Will see if it keeps stable charging iPads at a higher 2.2 amperage or if it will die or cripple itself to charging at about 1amps as others have reported after time.

Good price, good charge.
Installed them on either side of my bed. Now don't worry of pulling the charge brick off the wall anymore as they hold the cord in easily. I leave my cords in at all times as to not wear the receptacles. I don't understand how people can't afford a few extra cords when there are excellent ones for great prices on Amazon as well. Easy to install if you know basic outlet wiring. Will get again when it is time to add them to the other bedrooms.
