Well made, but far too heavy for me to use.
These were so heavy when I received them, I knew I couldn’t use them and had to send them back. They look extremely durable.

Non-stick.... naturally
I used stoneware in the past and loved it. This muffin pan is the best! Only 6 muffins keeps the weight of it down. Naturally non stick. The muffins can be lifted right out of the cup. This is also a very reasonable price.

Loving this thing!!
I was a bit intimidated at first, this being my first stoneware item, but I think I've got the hang of it now. I seasoned it with flax oil as I do with cast iron (actually did this at 425F though, where I do the iron at 500) and the oil seemed to stick on more readily I guess due to this being a bit porous compared to metal. So I only needed 4 layers, and now the inner surface is all hard and silky like Teflon but without the environmental and health concerns, yay! I am afraid I'll crack it one day by being clumsy but I am being as careful as I can and hope it'll last years. I am glad I got this shape, with the rim to create extra muffintop. Since the top is the best part, why not make it as big as you can right?

Safe for family and American-made; what's not to like?!
This ceramic stoneware muffin pan is naturally non-stick. We avoid Teflon and other PTFE products for health reasons. Even silicon seems to have some issues. Purchased this to make up keto muffins and it's been fantastic. We seasoned it once with ghee and use it every weekend to bake up a batch of organic egg, bacon, spinach, and cheese muffins for the week. Love the product and the fact it's made in America. Should last a lifetime with proper care.
