These are the most amazing pill boxes I've ever seen. Unfortunately I have to take a lot of pills, twice a day and those cheaper ones that the lid is attached by a thin layer of the plastic, not only do the lids break, but they are small and hard to fill unless you pull the tops out which eventually breaks them. Also seems they don't always stay closed and every so often I would tilt it over to pour out the pills and one of the other flaps would open and the pills hit the floor! These are quite a bit bigger. Also you can take the day/night sides out of the holder. They open with the push of a button and close with a definite "snap". There is a rubber-ish piece that pushes the flap open. Really slick. You pay a bit more for these but they are many times worth it. I might buy extras in case I can't find them later.

Great pill case but way bigger than what I was expecting (not sure what I was expecting size wise tbh though).However the two pieces are removable and held together with a base. So I just use one and gave the other to my partner.Sturdy, the lids snap down and “lock” which I like and the basins are a good size.

This is sturdily built and my husband loves it! It securely holds his 2X a day pills and the push button to open the compartment works perfectly for his shaky hands and fingers. Only the medication he needs falls into his hand and not the whole weekly roll! The size fits his larger hands much better, too. he wants another to save in luggage for traveling. The writing is dark and easily seen to get the right day and time. Love the sunshine for morning and new moon for night!

I searched about a year ago and just couldn't find a decent pill case. The one I had was a plastic bar with seven compartments. It's ok, but the lids to the compartments are just plastic hinges that will eventually wear out, and the compartments are big enough to hold several pills but I would have liked them just a touch bigger to make it easier to load and close.Then I searched recently and saw this model. It was exactly what I was looking for. The compartments are just right for holding a few larger capsules like fish oil. The hinges are true clasps on pegs that won't wear out for ages, the lids lock in place, and the spring mechanism that pops the lids up is a simple concept, just a thin strip of rubber that should last years and the box will still be usable even after that.This case comes with two banks so you can store 14 days of pills or 7 days of a morning and an evening dose each. The lids can be moved around to fit however you want the days arranged and they are also color coded. The two banks are both removable from the base if you just want to take one for travel. They thought of everything when they made this one and I'm pretty happy with it. If you don't need the 14 compartments look around because I know they sell this same concept in just the single-bank option.I sometimes make fun of the cheap offshore plastic crap sold online but they really did a good job on this one. It's a simple but well designed commodity with and priced accordingly.

I didn't realize when I purchased this it would be as large as it is, so I won't use it for traveling, too big in a carry-on suitcase. Overall it is a sturdy case and I like that it does hold all of my vitamins without having to smash things together.

If you hold it with the moon (night) row at the bottom it goes Sunday - Saturday from left to right. If you flip it so the morning pills are the bottom, it reads Saturday - Sunday from left to right. All of the pill boxes I've ever had, have had the same order of days reading from left to right. This feature is super frustrating, so it loses a star, but other than that, this is a perfect product and is MUCH higher quality than the other ones on Amazon.

This pill organizer is *so* much better that the cheaper ones that look similar. The plastic is thicker and more refined. The lids pop up because there is a strip of some bendable material that acts like a spring. The latch is so much more robust that my old ones. I do not expect to open my luggage to find my luggage full of pills all over the place. (I'll still probably put it in a gallon zip-lock bag, but that's more about keeping it clean and sanitary.) Now that I have and have used this organizer, I wish I had found it earlier. Well worth the money!

I have two pills that I'm supposed to take twice a day, and I was having trouble remember if I took them or not because I have such an odd work/sleep schedule.This makes it so easy. And as a bonus, I've now gotten more into vitamins because of this thing. Now I just organize my doses of vitamins and supplements in with my meds, so now it takes no effort to take them. Once a week I get all of daily pill/vitamin bottles out of my medicine cabinet and prepare them for the week, instead of trying to remember to take each of them twice a day.Also, I noticed that you can separate the trays from the big main tray. So you can pop up all of the night half and have only that, or all of the day half and have only that. you can't separate the days from each other, just the night week and the day week.And I like how cute and rainbow it is! It's exactly as pictured.
