Great fun and great tasting chocolate!!!
I must admit was scepticle about this when I first saw/heard about it, but as it was under £15 thought it's not the end of the world if it turns out to be lacking in luster. Was plesantly suprised at how great it really is, has nice clear and easy instructions with a variety of designs from easy, medium to hard, is fun to make and doesn't take ages to make or for the chocolate to set once in the plastic mould, 30 mins in the fridge! Really good value for money, got the 4 pack for just over £12 with free delivery to an Amazon Locker which incidently, was hassle free and easy to use! Thought the chocolate might taste cheap, but it's very nice would even go as far as to say it's as nice as Lindt/Lindor, very smooth.

Expensive but worth it
You might expect the chocolate itself to be poor quality in an item like this but it is far from it. The chocolate it totally delicious. The instructions are clear and the designs give plenty of scope for choice. I have bought several of these over the years and my children still love doing them. A great child's gift or rainy day activity. My only gripe would be - let's have more milk chocolate to make a thicker slab as you always have to spread it around.

A wet Sunday afternoon activity
An activity which two eight year old girls enjoyed doing one cold Sunday afternoon. The box contained five plastic trays, several small pouches of dark, white and milk chocolate and four sheets of A4. Each side of paper has four different designs and each page is double printed. We cut out one of the paper designs and taped it underneath one of the plastic trays and then started 'tracing' over the design with the melted chocolate pouch – first an outline with dark chocolate, then a picture fill with the white chocolate and then finally filling the tray with the remaining milk chocolate. One of the pouches had burst when we opened the box and the chocolate does go hard quite quickly once you have removed it from the warm water into which it first needs immersing. So whilst it says it makes four bars, we found that practically we could do just three. The kids loved working with the chocolate, seemed proud of what they made and liked the flavour - so for a fiver, it was probably worth the money

Good
Bought this as a stocking filler for my 9 year old son for Xmas....only now having the chance to open it. He was a bit put off at first as looked hard but we soon both got the hang of it. Perhaps a little overpriced for a few small bags of choc, printed picture and plastic mould but something nice to do on a wet Sunday afternoon to pass time. He's ask for more and I'll prob buy him some to. Very good.....but delivery seemed to take ages. But perhaps it was because it was before Xmas

Not easy
It says on the box 4+ NO WAY could a 4year old do this and make a job of it. Certainly they can try, but I work in a kitchen so I'm working with this type of thing all day. Once the choc is melted and you start to make ur bar of choc, you need to act fast, the choc starts to go thick and hard, making it impossible to push the choc out of the packet My grandson loved it but if you want it to resemble any of to pics on the box an adult is needed!!!!

My 8 year old enjoyed doing it and it was fairly mess free so ...
This is quite fiddly to do and once the chocolate is melted you need to use it fast before it solidifies in the packet. It would also be handy to have more milk chocolate then dark or white as you used much more of it in the pictures. My 8 year old enjoyed doing it and it was fairly mess free so what more can you want.

Xmas 2013 - Stocking Filler
"Yum Yum" from my Niece who is 8. Easy to make and good results in the chocolate bars - nice quality chocolate as well - a little towards the £ side for what you get but good fun had by my Niece and I and would make a nice birthday gift for a party for 6 upwards. would buy the Model set next and see what that's like.

Are you kidding, make your own chocolate bar - fantastic.
Forget the kids - although they could do this no problem, I had a friend stay for the weekend and we made them. Us the cheat sheet included or 'go off book' and create your own design (mountain with the sun above) like I did! The chocolate is really good also. Would be a cute 'hostess gift' if you are going to friends!
