Very beautiful and the bag and stand are good quality. Excellent quality and no imperfections/bubbles can be felt or seen. Its quite heavy but sits lovely on its stand

Chipped and blemished very very poor quality with sharp bits on the crystal. I thought if something was not fit for purpose it was a legal requirement to refund/replace. I have been in touch with customer services to receive a refund which is due in the next 5 to 7 days. So that is much appreciated. Thanks

Arrived damaged. It's cracked right the way through. I read the returns policy and only damaged items can be refunded. Item received is damaged but can't replace or get a refund. Very unhappy. I thought your statuary right was to be entitled to a refund if item is not fit for purpose or broken but obviously not in this case.

Disgraceful item arrived in a box that looked like already been opened the chain was knotted and as for the sp called crystal it appears like glass and has multiple chips and scratches dosent even deserve 1 star
