Better than regular turmeric
I had someone recommend this to me for some of my aches and pains because I said I was taking turmeric and really couldn't tell a difference. Once I started taking this though I could tell a difference and even on day when I would sneak in regular turmeric to see, I noticed the pain worsened on those days with the regular turmeric and improved again when I took this, so I feel pretty convinced it is more effective. I don't notice any side effects from it.

An uptick in healthy feeling
Within a few days I noticed a decrease in inflammation, felt better gut wise. Seems to do the trick, all around felt better so I will keep taking it!

Causes acid reflux without lessening other inflammation
For me it caused more inflammation that it resolved. Acid Reflux/Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is something I've fought as long as I can remember. I had it under control for awhile and was puzzled I had to go back to treatment. I take multiple supplements so it took awhile to narrow it down to this supplement. I tried in the morning/food, lunch/food, evening/food. I also didn't detect any lessening of other inflammation so I'm going back to previous product that isn't as powerful but also not as painful. 12/5 Update I changed review from 3 stars to 5 due to the CEO/inflammatory biologist reaching out to me after my review with a sincere offer to work with me to try and try to understand how this product may be causing this issue with me, or determine if it's some other cause. After I try a few of the suggestions I'll post back anything that worked.

Bye bye gut inflammation
I deal with gut inflammation flare ups from auto-immune issues. I took it for the first time during an awful flare. Within an hour of taking it I felt my symptoms resolve. High quality product!

Daily supplement
I take it every day and it works better than any other curcumin/piperine supplement I have tried. I have a subscription for consistency. It's my go to curcumin supplement
