Keeps me going
Great product, solved my problem. It has a good, mild flavor and is very easy to digest. It is easy to take without water, though I always wash mine down with water. I use the non-caffeinated electrolyte version to get through long tennis matches, and I'm very, very satisfied. I will be purchasing again. I've only tried the citrus flavor, but I will probably try a different flavor the next time I order. I think the packaging is good—it's very easy to use and very portable. It makes sure that I am able to perform well, it's very effective, and yeah, I intend on sticking with this product.

Not thick like glue.
Has been my go to for about 6 months now. Tried them at a gravel race and found they were not as thick as other gels and easier to eat while riding or breathing hard. Also they are not too sweet.
