If you care for an elderly invalid, these are a life saver.
We got these for our mother during her last year of life. We took care of her at home and went from 6 changes a day to two changes a day. NO leaking! And if you apply barrier cream, no skin irritation. She was completely bedridden and unable to care for herself, we even fed her. These made the difference for us.

These are probably the best diaper out there
These are probably the best diaper out there. Fantastic fit, holds a ton of liquid without leaks. The wetness control keeps the skin dry so no rashes or chafing. By far the best I have wore. It starts out thin and the more you go, it expands. Also very quiet and discrete. Great odor control.

Hallelujah, they work!!
So why only four stars? Apart from the cost, for us it is the pull-ups vs. diaper tabs question.Wellness makes a pull-up, but the site warns that it is not designed for heavy nocturnal incontinence, and recommends the tab closure for that.My mother is still ambulatory with a walker, and we do call her Depends pull-ups, rather than diapers (preserve dignity where you can, right?).So I was dubious when I realized that I had inadvertently ordered a tape closure diaper, rather than a pull-up.My mother was initially reluctant. She found them cumbersome and uncomfortable at first, and I think she objected to the thought. But we got better at adjusting them, and after three days in a row with her waking dry, and with a clean blanket and sheets, we are both sold. The savings for laundry detergent, water, electricity and time at least partially off-set the additional expense, though they do stretch my budget.Even though we are sold, I do think she would prefer pull-ups. We are going to try those even though the Wellness site warns that they are not designed for heavy nocturnal incontinence. There seem to be pros and cons; some people value the ability to be able to change without having to remove one's pants all the way, especially in a public restroom. But for my mother, I think it bruises her dignity a little to be using the more diaper-like tabs. I am hoping that the pull-up will surprise us and handle heavy nocturnal incontinence. In terms of other products, I can say that they do work more effectively than Depends for overnight. When she was using Depends, we were also using multiple prevail pads nightly, and washing both sheets and blankets daily. Due to both cost and comfort, we now use Depends (cheaper) in the day, and the more expensive but oh-so-worth-it Wellness briefs at night. I cannot yet report on Tranquility, but we will be trying those too.If not for the pull-up question, I would give these 5 plus stars! They arrived promptly from North Shore, too, so kudos to the seller (NorthShore Care Supply) as well.

Very absorbent
The tapes are too high for me and have to use duct tape to keep them from leaking

Oversized
Did not like these at all. Way oversized! Will not buy again. Had to change a lot more often than advertised.
