Purchased to use with laser engraving operation. This acrylic has the brown paper protective coating on it. (Which, I prefer for my use. Easier to remove than the plastic film protection). The acrylic is a cast acrylic for use in laser engraving an cutting. The engraving is clear and noticeable, and the cuts are crisp and sharp. I am highly leaning towards using only this brand at this point in time. The sheets are clear as glass, and let the light shine through for some beautiful effects. Not "cloudy" or "milky" at all. depending on your use, I recommend this product.

I’ve finally found a material that’s clearer than my schedule on a Friday afternoon. This cast plexiglass is so transparent I actually lost it on my workbench for ten minutes—I was staring right at it, wondering where the heck my shipment went. Once I stopped trying to find the "invisible" board and actually put it under the laser, the magic happened. It cuts with the precision of a surgical scalpel and leaves an edge so polished you’d think it was finished by a team of tiny, professional glass-blowers instead of a high-powered light beam. For engraving, this stuff is the gold standard. Unlike that extruded plastic that melts into a gooey, disappointed mess, this cast acrylic frosts up beautifully. It creates a crisp, white contrast that makes my 3D designs pop like they’re trying to jump out of the sheet. It handles the heat without warping into a taco shape, which is a nice change of pace for my projects. It’s basically the "choose your own adventure" of crafting materials—whether I’m making a custom sign or a complicated award, it just works. The protective masking is the unsung hero here; it actually peels off in one satisfying piece instead of shredding into a thousand tiny confetti flakes that haunt your vacuum cleaner for weeks. If you want your laser projects to look like they belong in a high-end gallery rather than a middle-school science fair, this is your sheet. It’s sturdy, crystal clear, and doesn't complain when you blast it with photons. Just try not to lose it on your desk like I did—it’s deceptively stealthy.

Loving these. Use them with a laser. They cut super clean and I can engrave deep without over melt.

These are perfect for my crafty needs. I plan to use a couple for my gel plates and I’m still thinking about the other two. They’re the perfect thickness and are very sturdy. I like the flexibility in uses and the size will fit all my gel plates.

Used 1 sheet so far to make accent pieces for architecture models. Takes some getting used to in terms of machine settings to prevent fogging and burning; best solution so far is using painter/masking tape to cover the front and back of the cutting section. Machine I have access to is a Titan Muse. Sheets are true to size/thickness. Neither sheet came with any scratches or chips on the edges.

I bought this to be the top of a pedestal I built to hold a plant. It looks absolutely gorgeous. I was able to cut the acrylic to shape using a metal straight edge with a utility knife, breaking the pieces off much like you would a sheet of drywall. A quick bit of sanding, and the edges look pristine. It's absolutely beautiful.
