This knife was just what I was looking for. Very pleased.

Overall, I liked this knife. I found the blade to be smooth with no detectable nicks. In the past I have come across some very sharp knives that I think have diffrent sharpnesses for what their particular uses may be - I'm not really sure. I feel like I have a sharper short trad shape vegetable knife, however I am not skilled in the slightest using knives! I have always been envious of these people in videos making light work of chopping up veg with big knives - I want to look professional too. A goddess in the kitchen with proper kit? The knife cut my carrot up very well. I went for julienne style. I think this is the perfect knife for me to learn how to use knives in the first place! And how to use this specific shape, as I feel like I could quite easily chop my fingers off and if this isn't the sharpest blade I think that is better.

Very bad…

A really good quality knife. Nice and weighty but not overly so. Arrived very sharp, and still is after 4 weeks regular use. This has become everyone’s go to knife and I had to make sure my 2 sons knew to be wary of the sharp blade. We haven’t come across anything this knife doesn’t make light weight of from raw and cooked meats, vegetables, cakes and anything else that needs cutting! All in all this is a good quality knife that feels like it will last many years. Highly recommended

Great value for money! A surprisingly good quality knife which holds it's edge very well and is easy to sharpen (I use the "any sharp" sharpener). Completes ordinary kitchen tasks just fine and tbh isn't that far off my victorninox. Would recommend

Far better than expected A cheap knife that is exceptionally sharp and does a great job of cutting anything I've thrown at it thus far...fruit, veg, thin slices of raw or cooked meat and those rock-hard end off a baguette. Does a better job than much more expensive knives I've had in my time.
