The Air Oasis 3000G3 is simple to operate. There are no complicated multiple settings to learn, no routine maintenance to perform, or filters to change or clean. The devices turn on with the flip of a single switch and there are no filters to change or clean. The only maintenance required is changing the AHPCO Cell every three years. These air purifiers are virtually maintenance free! An audible alarm indicates when the AHPCO Cell should be replaced. I have to say the fan (which circulates and purifies the air) in the 3000 G3 is weak. I am not confident that the 3000 G3 will be effective in a room greater than 1,000 sqft. I also have the Biozone 2000 which has a stronger fan and in my opinon, more bang for your bucks. My Biozone 2000 is still running strong after 6+ years. The portable Air Oasis is great for the price and very effective for around 50 sqft. In all, I still like the 3000 G3 because it is effective (for a smaller area than advertised), quiet and very sleek/high quality looking!

Quiet and effective but has a weak air flow
I have both the portable and 3000 G3 Air Oasis Purifiers. I have to say the fan (which circulates and purifies the air) in the 3000 G3 is weak. I am not confident that the 3000 G3 will be effective in a room greater than 1,000 sqft. I also have the Biozone 2000 which has a stronger fan and in my opinon, more bang for your bucks.
