I rarely submit reviews. This time I need to speak up and say I truly love this product. I had cancer at 18... my entire adult life I've taken a lot of pills. Right now I take 20 pills a day and most are the size of extra strength Tylenol pills. Recently I've had to start separating pills into 3 doses to avoid drug conflicts. I travel a lot and my pill boxes have been known to pop open spilling pills. It's a guessing game to try and re-sort out white pills that all look the same. Since I've switched to 3 doses a day I've carried my old 2 dose pill box with me daily along with bottles for the early AM dose. Long story short... I took a chance on this new pill box and it's amazing how much life is easier with just something as simple as a good pill box. I've included pics so you can see my old more standard 2 dose a day pill box alongside. The compartments on this one are taller but just as big. The features I really like are as follows: 1) The individual daily containers... I can pull a container and stick it in my purse to take a mid-day dosage with me so I don't forget it. 2) The snap tight container to hold all the daily individual containers... this box has a good snap down and I never have to worry about my pills falling out again. Take it from a 30 year veteran of daily pill organization, this is the best pill box I've ever seen.

Really love this pill box! I've been through three pill boxes lately ... they either broke at the hinge point or were way too small to hold my vitamins/medications.I was happy to receive two of these boxes - and what I love is the roominess of the individual boxes. I like that they are held together in one big box and I feel the hinges are sturdier than the other box I used. I feel the hinges aren't too bad, eventually I know they will wear out as most pill boxes do.I like that, if I need to, I can just grab the day of the week I'm at. You don't need to carry the entire box around if you don't want to. It's great for people like me who like to take a lot of vitamins/herbs. This is perfect for travel as well. I'm all around happy with this purchase and even if I go through the first box, I have the back-up. I anticipate using this at least a year before it wears out. I'll re-order if and when it does.Price is great! It's much better than the wonky one I bought at Walgreens - where the hinge was off within the first month.

Bought one and love it. Then I bought another one and love it. I recently started taking medication three times a day and it's been hard to remember that middle of the day pill. Which this organizer there are dividing sections for morning, noon and night. The lids fit tightly and they are all individual to just that one section. You can open your morning pills without opening your noon or evening pills. The best part is that once they are filled each days pill fit in the larger snap shut plastic container. All kept together --- unless you need to take a days pills with you to work. Just take out that one container of Monday's pills and put it in your purse or pocket. I bought two because it takes me a long while to get all my meds sorted and stored. I figured having two meant I only did it ever other week.

Inspiration Industry NY Pill Organizer Box (3x day) meets our needs quite well. Each compartment holds 6 or 7 pills readily, some are quite large vitamin pills, with room to spare. The closures are quite tight and present a bit of a challenge for my father, who has diminished fine motor skills, but because you can remove one entire day at a time they are easier over-all for him to handle. We've only had the box for a few weeks so I can't yet speak to how well the closures hold up.My father begins his day by removing the entire piece for the day and keeping it close to him, and it slips into a shirt pocket to take out of the house readily. This has done a world of good for helping him to take the right medication at the right time.<~~~That was March 19, 2017.***********************UPDATE February 27, 2018The closure haven't worn out although they have worn enough that they are easier for my father to handle. He says "a lid will pop up occasionally, but if I squeeze it shut with intent it stays shut." I'd buy this again. In fact, I probably will buy this again at some point in the future.I'd probably buy this again, providing the closures don't wear out.************************************************UPDATE June 2019Well, it took 2 years but the closures did wear out. I would have purchased it again but my father's fine motor skills have degenerated enough that he needs larger holes and to not deal with the lids. Still, all in all I'd say this was a good purchase for how long it lasted.

I take gobs of supplements a day and needed something travel friendly both on a daily basis and on a weekl long trip basis. This fit the bill nicely! Love that I am able to tuck just one days worth in my pocket or purse, yet can also securely pack my whole weeks worth in my purse or bags when traveling out of town and know that I won't find all of my pills loose at the bottom of my bag. The size of the outter case is still purse friendly if you want to keep all your medications close by at all times. I curenly carry a VB cross body purse and the whole case fits easily inside with my wallet, sunglasses, keys, and a few other small items. The little pill sections can hold quite a bit as well. My mornings require 10 pills and they all fit. Two of the capsules are quite large (a fish oil and slightly smaller cap). I could probably fit 12-14 pills if it weren't for those two larger capsules. My only negative comment is that the words are starting to rub off in the few short weeks I have used this. It's not a huge deal, as I will just use a permanent marker or paint pen to replace the writting as it wears off. Very minor issue to me. All in all I am very pleased with this item.
