We call it "Magic Salt"
Seems that fleur de sel popularity has lowered its quality (smaller grains, less moist - but that means you get more. The real point: It's still the best Fleur de Sel I've ever had.

Great salt .Amazon order packing is trash.
Great salt. Love it. Amazon are retarded and did a piss poor job of packaging it. Loose in a big box so that it broke and spilled all over. Then they refused to replace it because it was a " food item" I buy it in a different container now . Problem solved.

Flavorful! Great Choice
Takes a while to come in, I thought it was odd that it initially shipped from NY to France then back to the US?? Not really sure about that... Yet the salt is very tasty, perfect for a finishing salt, and the packaging is pretty too (although because it is cardboard I will be putting it in a container)I do not use this salt in my grinder however, I find that using it to finish dishes is much more effective than seasoning an entire meal with it. Hard to find
I was so happy to find this, the company didn’t ship to the USA and Sur La Table doesn’t sell the full size anymore. It arrived well packaged and in good time; looking forward to buying again!

Best Salt in the World
I know that everyone has a different opinion. And arguments about Salt probably take on the character of a heated religious dispute between cooks. But here is my assessment: Fleur de Sel de Camargue is the best salt in the world. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself.

Absolutely delicious
I've used this salt for several years, since I first tasted it. I use it mostly on thing I eat raw, so I can enjoy the taste. Never used it for cooking as the subtle taste difference wouldn't be as noticeable. I'm so happy to have found this large size. Much more cost effective.
