does the bezel rotate

yes,mine has a smooth turning bezel and not the click in style which I find sometime to be more prone to misaligning.

Mine is about 3 months old. No problem so far. I bought mine for $17 to play sports, so i don't ruin my nice watches. I would get a cheap band for under $4 online and keep it going.
