Very impressive, I cut 3 small pills lined up in its adjustable rails that holds nicely. By far the best pill cutter I've come across. The fact that you can cut several at a time is a nice time saver. Well engineered device to cut many little buggers cleanly!

Awesome to cut those little pills, but also great for the big ones. You know the ones that constantly get stuck in your throat!! Cut them right in half! It has an adjustable side gripper thing. Holds those little ones in place. Only time will tell if it will hold up to the time test, but for now, works great!!

This pill cutter works great for small pills. I have a small dog that has to take portions of teeny, tiny pills multiple times per day. I tried many adult, people-sized pill cutters and ended up with a pile of dust. Not now! The grip works really well, and the only extra attention I have to provide, is aligning the pill if there is a “cut line”, easily done with a toothpick. Thank you manufacturer!!! It looks exactly like the picture and does exactly what it says.

Good cutter. It does cut the pulls nicely. I do have to line up the pills I am cutting so that the cut line on the pill lines up with the blade. In my case, it is still tedious due to the small size of the pills I am cutting. The pills I am cutting are a bit soft, and if I don't line up the cut line, they sometimes break and crumble and don't give a clean half cut. But as long as I line it up, they cut without crumbs. It is nice to be able to cut 7 or so pills at one time (again, my pills are tiny). I just use the end of a butter knife to make turn the pills so that their score line is lined up.

This ONE PIX pill cutter does a decent job on some pills, and when it cuts cleanly it’s easy to use. My issue is that it’s inconsistent — some pills split perfectly in half while others don’t cut straight or crumble. It gets the job done most of the time, but that variation makes it less reliable than I hoped. Average performance overall.

Love this. I would highly recommend. Very easy to use. The pills I needed this for were extremely small. I was sceptical because of the price. But this pill cutter works great. Best investment. You do not need to line up the lines on the pills with the cutter. You just put them in there, use the knob on the side to put them in a straight line and hold them into place and then close the top. That easy. I like that I can do many pills at a time.

These are the best pill cutters I've tried. It's completely safe to use, where others sometimes have exposed blades. The locking jaws work great, and you get good cuts as long as you align the pills properly and close it properly. It's small and self contained so you can throw it in a bag with your medicine bottles easily. This one did not come with a brush, but my first one did. I have 2, because I cut up pills for myself and someone else. The brush is a great addition and allows you to clean the dust out of it easily. If you don't get one with this I recommend one.
