This is one unique hot sauce — red jalapeños and apple makes a great combination and I was really surprised at how good this tasted. Pretty moderate heat level, but enough that you know you are eating a hot sauce. I tried all of the Hellraising sauces and this one was easily the most unique. It was recommended I try this on a pulled pork sandwich and so I did ... it was FANTASTIC!
