Clearview Magnetic Stove Thermometer

These are extremely handy for controlling a wood burning stove. I use it to tell me when to change over the air intake arrangement when lighting and when to refuel. There isa warning included that the heat can reduce the magnetism, however mine clings to a steel section of flue pipe and has given no problems without the need to screw it on.

Being a first-time stove user, I struggled getting my stove to burn satisfactorily. This thermometer helped me work out exactly how hot my stove should be, when I needed to put in more fuel, and helped me work out how to adjust the air setting. When my chimney was swept the guy said it was very clean and I had been using the stove correctly.

Very good product. Came in original packaging, as described. Does what it says on the tin.

Is to large to install above the door on out Clearview Pioneer 400, like recommended. Have positioned it on the top face, seems to work ok there.

I do not know how accurate but it works well
