MSA Sordin DIGITAL SUPREME PRO NECK

I will first say, I have one of the Howard Leights Impact Sports they are cheaper and they work well. I wanted an around the back style so I could wear a wide brimmed hat. There is another brand out there, but with a little bit different implementation. This style band plus the over the head straw works really well. The noise threshold/cut-off was no better, nor no worse than my cheaper unit. What was much better was the quality of the amplified sound. Very clear, has good directional awaremess--just great. The controls are nice and easy to find and manipulate. Yes they were much more, but the comfort and electonics coupled with the fact they are one of the only games in town for this style took some of the shock out of the cost. You get what you pay for. My only complaint is in battery replacemet. It is hard to explain what's involved but there is an instruction sheet specifically for battery replacement. You do it once, it makes sense and then you are prepared. Not intuitive. I am pleased. Still have the cheap set for guests.

foam in ear cups hits your ears (and I don't have large ears) have not shot with them yet but they really don't cut any noise (turned off) even at a normal conversation level. I will update after shooting but I am going to wear plugs with these

I've had these for about six months now and have spent numerous hours in them. Working great still and comfortable with gel ear cups. Batteries last a long time. I wear them under a helmet, I had normal cut helmet first and they did well. Have recently switched to a high cut helmet and it does even better. Sound clarity is really good and shuts down instantly when shooting. I would recommend these for hunting, shooting, LE, construction, etc.

Amazing set of hearing pro, with the Gel cups in a quiet vehicle I could hear my own heart. They do an amazing job, and are comfortable under an MSA TC-2000 helmet. They make everything sound like an action movie. CSUK shipped immediately, but lied about standard shipping. It was 2 day. And they shipped it so fast a Thursday order arrived Saturday. I cannot recommend them more highly, and from this seller. Anything else I need will come from them

I love these, I also bought the gel ear pieces which are a must if you are wearing them most of the day. This is NOT the Supreme X version so the mics are not waterproof but they are well worth the money. You have a 60.00 pair of hearing protection and then you have these, Yugo vs Ferrari. I not only use these on the range and coyote hunting but I use them I my wood shop, Great all the way around.

the unit i received had a defective battery compartment.the bottom terminal was bent and the bottom battery is lop-sided so it cannot fit the 2nd battery. and when i pushed that terminal down to fit the battery, the bottom battery is now stuck in the unit and cannot come out. I am starting a return on this product

Very good quality. Able to carry on a conversation and hear ambient sounds without any problem when wearing the ear muffs, while still having ample hearing protection from high amplitude sounds. Easy to adjust volume and level of sounds picked up by the twin microphones. Directional hearing still possible as well, with stereo sound pickups.
