Absolutely love this grater! Set it up and down on a cutting board and just worked out perfectly. The grated cheese was kept in a very nice pile inside the grater and what it was removed was able to just slide the cheese into the bowl absolutely perfect. Very, very happy with this purchase. I used three sides the course, the fine and the medium and all three work splendidly. Very, very easy to clean the bottom is wide enough if you can put your hand up inside and wash the inside of the blades safely very much appreciate this item. The grip to hold it in place not only with a very comfortable handle on top, but there is the rubber around the bottom that allows it to grip onto the surface very very nicely very nicely. I highly recommend recommended above and beyond any of the ones that are a let me turn the handle type of grater. I have one of those and will use this one far and above before the other one the size is a perfect size really have no negatives to say about this piece of kitchen equipment.
