This review is after the first time I’ve used it. Product is light weight and comfortable to hold. There is a great instruction manual that includes color pictures to show potential redness etc. This was important to me as a first time user; reviews on some of the other similar products noted little or no instructions and tips.I used the product as directed. Using the 0.30 mm I felt a quick prickly sensation. I have some redness after and a warm feeling on my face where I used it. A peptide serum should be used after to enhance the results; I don’t have one yet so that’s the next item I need to find! I’m interested to see how my skin looks and feels in the next few days as well as long term results. I do already feel like my skin is activated (in a good way) so it’s working already.

I know Amazon has alot of different derma rollers you can find, some even cheaper but this one is really good. Alot of derma rollers tend to have blade discs or stamped blades, this one has individual needles. Why does this matter? Well because it won't create drag or microcuts, it'll create punctures which is much safer for the skin. It also won't dull as much either. Plus, the 200 needles is actually alot safer than using highly dense derma rollers. I personally bought the 0.5mm one, it's good for mild collagen stimulation for the face and I'm honestly happy they offer different sizes. The majority tend to be a bit lower or way too high for at home use.

This is a very useful device to help restore or maintain hair that is thinning. Recommend you examine the different sizes but the tool functions very well and has a great price point.

I luv Koi Beauty - they stand by their derma rollers which are of high quality, and they come in sterile packaging which is always impressive. excellent value for money, and phenomenal customer service (I had an issue with one, and they refunded me without issue, allowing me to repurchase). I've been using them (I own more than one size), somewhat regularly... I'm still getting in the habit of incorporating them into my routine. I've experienced no irritation, and it's been incredibly easy to use and clean with alcohol. I highly recommend them.

This set of needles actually holds up pretty well. Now, maybe I bought the wrong needle size before (and it was also a different brand), but these 0.75mm ones were pretty nice; not as thick. Even when I press down hard, I only get minor bleeding as most (spot bleeding that's almost not-visible once I wash my face). If I wanted a smaller size or even the same size (if my needles should ever warp [hopefully not]), I'll definitely consider this brand again. Good quality for the price. I should probably warn others though that if you're not used to microneedling, start slow and lightly. I remember my first set of needles was not comfortable (and I was probably using 0.5mm too). Tolerance needs to be built.

Could not use on my scalp. It would pull and snag and my hair got caught in the roller. It was not easy to use. Threw it away.

El producto es bueno. No encontré el tipo de material de las agujas pero si es lo que espere. Esta muy filoso. Le doy 4 estrellas por que parecía mas grande y esta pequeñito y no encontré el tipo de material a lo mejor me perdí la info. Si recomiendo comprar con él por que es lo que decía. Si son agujas. Compre el de 4mm.
