Awful experience with Ledge (still unresolved!)
This has been an absolutely awful experience! On March 14, I placed my Amazon order for two loungers and a table. I received the order but it was the wrong color. It was heavy so I tried contacting Amazon to see if I could have it picked up. Since it’s third party, they told me I needed to work through Ledge Lounger. That’s when it became difficult. There’s only one person (Michael) at ledge who can assist with any problems that occur when ordered through Amazon. After 6 calls and Multiple emails sent, I finally got a pickup scheduled for the return. Once that was received by Ledge,only then could they ship me the proper order. I waited and was happy when I finally received it. Sadly, again it was the same wrong color (I ordered sandstone and this was the second time they sent me white). I contacted them again leaving messages and emails with no response. Finally, after much frustration, I researched and found the name of the VP, GM Meghan Henning. On April 3rd I sent her an email explaining the lack of response I’m getting and despite paying over $2k, I don’t have the product I ordered. I asked for guidance and she never responded (it was the correct email bc I got an auto response that she was returning from being OOO on April 6). I called their main line again and after several times at no one picking up, I finally got someone to answer and again, she had to patch me back to Michael. He initiated another return (35 for me on phone) and I had to wait 6 days for fedex to come pick up which happened on April 10th. Since then, I still don’t have a refund and Michael E tells me “it should be in your account” ignoring my response that it has not actually been applied to my account. It’s been almost five weeks now, two wrong orders and two returned orders and countless calls and emails. I have no product and I’m still out $2.054.46. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen and Amazon should know how this company treats its customers.
