I was looking for a faucet for my bathroom sink and decided to try this one because the price was very budget-friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The faucet looks stylish and modern, and it fits my sink perfectly. It also arrived very quickly, which was a nice bonus. Installation was simple and everything looks neat and clean now. So far I’m very happy with how it looks. It feels like a great value for the price. I haven’t used it for a long time yet, so I can’t say how it will hold up over time, but my first impression is very positive. Hopefully it will last well because it definitely looks nice and well made.

I was replacing a similar faucet in my rental's kitchen. The mounting nut meant to hold the faucet on is very light-weight compared to the old faucet's, plus it's a solid circle compared to the old one which was more of a tight horseshoe shape. The difference really came to light when trying to pass all 3 hoses PLUS the connector for the sprayer through any of the holes and washers. It almost impossible (and very frustrating when laying on your back under the sink). I ended up using the mounting nut from my old sink which made the situation doable, the horseshoe shape allows you to pass the hoses through the opening in the side rather than forcing them through a ring, otherwise I may have returned the entire thing. Otherwise it's very nice - looks good and water pressure/spray is great. I just hope the internal components weren't as cheapened as that mounting nut.

Good product, looks really nice, works as expected a good upgrade from my last faucet, only drawback is: should come in the box with adaptors for other pipe gauges. My installer couldn’t wait for the “brand” adaptor so he needed to go purchase it and install the next day. Not a big deal but it’d be a nice detail to be able to install it out of the box.

My husband needed a second pair of hands to hold the faucet tight from above while he screwed in the bottom. Otherwise, install was fairly straightforward. It would be better if it came with an extra cap for the sink hole left by my old sprayer though, and if it had better instructions attached. (they were very short). Function so far: Very easy to turn on / off, extremely strong pressure on both settings. No issues with the pull down. Looks very expensive for how cheap it was. Will update in 6 months if it's still going strong. Since we plan to remodel later, we just needed a temporary faucet to replace my broken old one.

The side Drinking Water Faucet does not come with a connector hose! Nor does it come with a cold water valve splitter. While this faucet is sold as a set, the manufacturer assumes you already have an under-sink water filtration system with all the necessary hoses and connectors and that your cold water valve already has a splitter so it can feed both the regular faucet and the drinking faucet. I assumed since it was sold as a set it would come with everything. I was wrong! Also, none of the drinking faucet connector adapters fit the water filter I purchased.
