I'm not big on cooking or storing a lot of food so they are the perfect size for me.（32OZ)They are both dishwasher and freezer safe so I can use them over and over again. But if I choose not to reuse them they're recyclable.The meal prep containers help me with portion control especially when I'm on a diet....Very sturdy and has a spill proof lids. I even did a watering test 😁🧱👍Would I recommend these healthy and safe meal prep containers which are BPA free so no stranger smells.Durable and reusable, meaning last for a long time which means bang for bucks....Omwow I can use them in the oven, but make sure that your foods is not frozen before you place it in oven.Microwave safe, just leave lids openFreezer safe but be mindful that the materials becomes flimsy so it can break.But other than that awesome product.....Yesss is would recommend them...

I prepared and weighed out 16 oz of vegan quinoa, adzuki bean and veggie portions and froze them for future use. Unlike some past purchases, the lids did not crack when opened from frozen state. Would buy again.

I feed my pup a veterinarian approved raw meat diet (PMR ratios). These containers are the perfect size for 1.3lbs meals, but you can fit 1.5lbs if you cut the proteins into small portions or grind everything together. They stack very nicely in the freezer and are relatively leak proof (a few drops do escape if you thaw wile it's tilted sideways).The only criticism I have is the lip of the container is prone to cracking if you're rough while opening them (it's recommended to slide your fingers along the underside of the lip to release the locks rather than pull upwards on them). However, this doesn't really effect much, just don't thaw things sideways...

I overall like this product but the plastic gets very brittle in the freezer. I dropped one once, and it shattered.

These work really well, but they are much smaller than I thought.

nice product, but it needs to be better packed by Amazon. 3 of the black bottom trays were cracked and unusable. It should be packed in a box with cushions, not just placed in their white bags with no padding. May not order it again.

I bring my lunch to work everyday and these are the perfect size. They fit in my lunch bag and I still have room for my drink and breakfast/snack. I've had a set of a larger size for over a year and they have never leaked. This size seems to be made the same and I haven't had any issues yet.

I love using these for making meals for my kids ahead of time. They are easy to use and wash and if one gets lost it’s not a big deal because they are inexpensive.

Je ne recommande pas si vous pensiez les utiliser plusieurs fois. Après 1 mois d'utilisation deja plusieurs de brisé. J'ai opté pour cette marque vu le prix mais je regrette d'avoir voulu économisé 5$ mes anciens d'une autre marque étais vraiment plus résistant

I have bought some before but this one is very poor of qualité. the vover doest stay and when you warm something for just less than 2min the bol is getting soft.i will not advice this contener for multiple use.
