MISSING ADVERTISED PADDING: On the "Silver" model, I expected the "full sleeve" of silicon/rubber as pictured, but received a model with no sleeve, and only two inadequate rectangles of rubber padding on the 'floor' of the prong, on which the phone is supposed to sit. Unlike most stands, there weren't even silicon pads on the "shoulders" of the leaning platform to protect the back of the phone/tablet.SHARP EDGE IN PRONG: The thin silicon pads don't cover the upright inner lip of the prongs, so the sharp edge there is guaranteed to scratch anything sitting on/in it.TOO NARROW FOR MY 7/16 inch PHONE/CASE: The channel in the prongs, in which the phone sits, is only 3/8" wide at its base, so if your phone or tablet plus case is more than 3/8" wide, your device will not be resting fully in the prong, touching the "floor" of the prong. It would fit my Nexus 6p or ZTE Axon 7 ONLY without cases.POOR & MISLEADING PRODUCT PAGE: Docking a star for continuing to ship product that doesn't match the product page, despite multiple customer complaints over a long period of time. Failure to provide easy to find clear dimensions for the important things (prong depth, folded dimensions) adds too much "trial and error" hassle to this item.

This stand is the best phone stand on Amazon! A couple of my friends have other brands. This is much heavier, thicker, more stable and very well made. And the greatest thing....it is the cheapest price on Amazon! I highly recommend this stand.

I like the adjustable features, it can fold totally flat, and the durable aluminum construction. The big but is that the “forks” are bent too narrow so it will not hold your device if it’s in the case. This really defeats the purpose

Super well made, simple and folds flat. Limitation on thickness of iphone it will support (if a thick, folding case), but works great with every other case. A sweet accessory for your phone!

This device is fantastic! Keeps my phone where I want it through conference calls all day, hands are free to work. Travelled with it everywhere - folds down and fits easily into my laptop bag. LOVE it.
