Highly Recommend...Great value and injuries certainly heal quicker!
After purchasing a similar product for my Dad's knee injury, I was thrilled to see this design for my ankle when I sprained it recently.Not only is it great quality and value for money, it just makes life easier! It is self-cooling, so you don't need to put the ice pack in the freezer, and if you need it cooler, you can simply place in the fridge for a few minutes. The pump works well and the design of the support does the job. The addition of the pump for added compression healed my ankle in no time...you can also walk around with it on and it is far more comfortable than elasticated bandage that you get from the pharmacy.Highly recommend :)

Not for me
Wasn't aware that you have to keep deflating and inflating several times for an hour. Too much hassle for result..would return but not worth postage.
