Bough these to replace some grocery store one. What a difference. Well made with the rubber bits in the right place to avoid getting pinched. Really well made. Nice to have two sizes. Only issue is that the grey rubber stained almost instantly upon contact with yellow curry sauce, and it does not come out.

I really like the weight and quality of this Utensil. Will hold up for years to come.

Feels beefy in my hand. Large grip and just long enough to make control of it manageable.

Had a 19 pound turkey for thanksgiving and it helped a great deal when carving. You'll still need a carving board with a well to catch the juices and perhaps a 2nd fork for lifting a big bird. Personally, I still use hands to tear off meat that is close to the bone so getting greasy is not prevented in my household.

Perfect weight to hold onto while checking a roast. Makes slicing much easier. It is attractive enough to make carving a turkey at the table festive. With the price of meat so high, we eat turkey about every 10 days. Happy to have this fork.
