Set of three framed shells in natural wood frames with tan linen mat board. Each shell has a name plate with both the common and scientific name: Blue Mussel Mytilus edulis Cockle Cerastoerma edule Soft-shell Clam Mya arenaria All shells were hand collected in Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod. Each frame measures approximately 8.25 inches wide by 6.6 inches high and 1.75 inches deep. They have glass on the front and hanging hardware on the back. These are also able to stand alone on a table or shelf. These are a great nautical or beach accent as well as an educational art piece.
