Introduction to Baking No-Knead Bread in Bread Pans (Plus... Guide to Bread Pans): From the kitchen of Artisan Bread with Steve

Found these recipes simple to make. Very tasty results for ver little effort. Better than store-bought bread and a lot cheaper.

He includes links to youtube videos which is helpful for doing this the 1st time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can’t wait to make the raisin bread.

I would have added a photo but the honey oat bread I made was eaten up before I had a chance.I ran across Steve on YouTube. Be sure to watch a few of his videos. He makes bread making easy and organized. I have made three of his recipes and every one was amazing.I had avoided bread making because it seemed so tedious with all that kneading and rising. Not any more. Bread making is easier than I could have believed. Thank you Steve!

Great book - Great bread! Almost doesn't feel right that homemade bread this good could be this easy. I'm not sure that I even qualify as an amateur baker and although my first two "loaves" looked patrons from the Star Wars bar, they sure tasted good. Easy to follow directions, minimal hardware, minimal ingredients, and minimal effort were all things I thought were great. If I can make bread with the recipes and institutions from this book, I think anyone could.

This is a very simple method. Anyone can make bread this way. Lots of variety. All the ones I have made taste wonderful.The best book is "My No-Knead Bread Cookbook: From the Kitchen of Artisan Bread with Steve by Steve Gamelin." I have both and use both. In addition, his YouTube pages have very watchable how to's. Well worth the price.

The reason for 3 stars is that the book is filled with spelling and other errors. Very much in need of an editor. However, from the recipes I learned a lot that I put to use in the very practical task of baking bread.

As always, M.Gamelin recipes and techniques are easy and well explained. Great job Steve !

Well this book and the YouTube support videos started an Absolutely Awesome cooking Adventure. I sold my breadmaker and got much better results with the recipes and premixes too!!

This is the bread making method I have been waiting for! I was amazed at how easy and labour-free it was, and the great results. I think the section on bread pans is more useful for US readers than UK, but the recipes gave me a lot to work with and inspiration to devise my own using the same basic idea.

Who knew bread could be so easy? Not me!! I find kneading so boring, I’d far rather wait 24 hours or so for my bread, and it’s just as delicious!

Great book, started using it right off!! Very simple instructions made several recipes, I am now a faithful baker of Artisan bread!
