Easy to set up with excellent supportI was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward this CCTV system was to install. The app guided me through the setup step by step, and within minutes the cameras were connected and working. Clearly time can be taken setting up in your desired location. Pairing to Wi-Fi was quick, and the picture quality was excellent straight away.I had one small question during the installation, so I contacted customer support. They responded promptly, were knowledgeable, and resolved my query without any hassle. It’s refreshing to receive such good after-sales service.Overall, a great CCTV system that’s ideal even if you’re not particularly technical. Easy to install, reliable, and backed up by excellent customer support. Highly recommended.

Having upgraded my old cctv system, I am so pleased I purchased Hiseeu cctv system, so easy to install and set up. All the cameras have motors so they can be easily adjusted from the console, giving you a wide and crystal clear viewing, Would recommend this product.

I bought this after a neighbour had his car stolen and the thieves had blocked his WiFi so there was no evidence on his Ring door cam. This was so easy to install and being hard wired there’s no signal to interrupt. The picture quality is exceptional even at night and gives excellent piece of mind. Even if you have no diy experience you would be able to fit this system and set up the on screen menu. What really stands out is the after sales support. When one of the cameras developed an issue with the contrast making it difficult to see anything I contacted Hiseuu to buy a replacement single camera. This was last week and I fully expected to pay for it as I’ve had the equipment since March 24 so it’s outside the advertised warranty period. They couldn’t have been more helpful. A reply to my initial email the same day, I provided a screenshot showing the issue and they sent out a replacement camera free that arrived 4 days later. Over Christmas. I cannot recommend their customer service enough!!

I remember buying CCTV 15 years ago and they were simple to set up.this was a nightmare. I wanted to set up with my Ipad as that is what i would use to view.You cant, you have to set up via a monitor/tv.Connected the cameras - no signal.Connected Ethernet - No connection.Not sure if this system is faulty or just poorly designed.To start set up you need to scan a QR code, but there are 3! Which one?I later found out one was for the App, one for Registration Number and one for YouTube. But none of them are labelled.

Well l bought one for myself and one for next door when you first look in the box you think what the have l done but after looking at the book of instructions an how well it is written it was easy to follow set the cameras in place run the cable and pinned to the wall next it connecting it all again the instructions where good and simple l had pictures great the only problem l had was the log in code was wrong se contacted by email and bang the new code and it all working fine very happy even got it on my phone super l would buy this again from these people ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived on time. Once installed and all cables in the correct places. Set up was easy even with only a little IT skills. I used a hard wired system as I live at the end of a small close and wireless systems can bo block easily. I had 1 small challange on setting the correct that Jason from Hiseeu helped with very quickly.

I have been using the Hiseeu 360°View PTZ 3K Wired Security Camera System with Alarm for over a year now and have found it to be reliable day in, day out. This is my 3rd CCTV system and it is by far the easiest to use. It is a wired system, so depending on how you want to run the cables, once set up it works well. Cabling is nicely labeled and the 100-foot length gives you great flexibility.Don’t be dissuaded by the 5MP camera rating. The images are clear. Daytime video is sharp and nighttime infrared, while not quite as clear, is still easy to pick out intruders, either two-legged or four-legged. My cameras have seen 100-degree-plus temperatures, rain, snow, very high winds and sub-freezing temperatures and they have never failed under those conditions.I use my surveillance system to monitor for four-legged critters more than for humans. My dogs are older and need to go out in the middle of the night to do their thing, and I always check to see if anything untoward is in the yard. This has saved me multiple skunk and raccoon encounters.The wide angle view is great and, for me, lessens the need for a camera with tracking capabilities. I like that I can change the pan, tilt and zoom of each camera independently. The recorder can be configured to record each camera 24/7 and can store around three weeks of video.I especially like the ability to view my property when I am not at home. I have the recorder wired to my router for that purpose. I can monitor package delivery and the potential for “porch pirates”. I don’t find the need for the alarm function since my location is semi-rural with low crime rates.I highly recommend this system. It is simple to set up and use. Customer service is really good and responsive and the equipment is reliable. If you select this system, I know you will be as pleased as I have been with this system.

Van de maravilla. Llevo unos meses con esto funcionando y súper contento.Buena calidad, muchas funciones, además con una app puedo ver desde el móvil las cámaras.Eso sí hay muchos metros de cable y hay que ocultarlos pero haciendo un trabajo fino quedan muy bien

Kit telecamere splendide, ho cercato tantissimo ed alla fine sono riuscito a trovarle, ottime per chi vuole avere le telecamere in distanza lunga e senza wi-fi.Semplicissime da montare, qualità prezzo ottimo, il venditore molto affidabile, e tempi di consegna molto veloci. E il 2 secondo kit telecamere che acquisto da lui che le prime sono a wi-fi gli sto usando quasi da 2 anni e sono perfette, ma ora mi servivano per una lunga distanza e senza rete wi-fi al intorno telecamere. Ripeto sono molto soddisfatto!!!👏🏻👏🏻
