Steady Betty Betty Bands
The M/L size is a ad too big. However, I do like how my hands move the fabric without pressing hard. All this means is there is less stress on my hands and arms. If you quilt the top of quilts, Steady Betty Betty Bands are great!

Work well for me
Why didn't I think of these? I have always put off the quilting part because I couldn't find anything that helped my grip but didn't make my fingers clumsy. These do the trick.
