The Neck Flex is a great addition to my home gym and workout routine. I love that it’s customizable to my workout. And on top of it, it’s great for when I need to stretch my neck and shoulder muscles. I highly recommend this product to anyone who’s looking to add some muscle to their neck and shoulders. I definitely felt the workout and seen a difference within just one workout.

This neck harness is one of the most complete neck harnesses on the market. The stitching is impeccable. I like the addition of the dog ears to add a chain to increase the amount of exercises you can do with it. You can use free weights and band tension. Great buy!! Do not regret it.

Very comfortable. It's ready to go with chain and a stiff workout band that has a permanently attached carabiner at each end. Which is good for neck safety. The band is a little too firm for me right now, so I quickly attached it to my lat pull down/row cable machine that has a cable at the top and another cable at floor level. I did a quick workout and it felt great. I have a weak neck that bothers me, so I'll be using this a lot. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but very well made so I can't complain at all. I'm not surprised that there are not any one or two star reviews. I have a nine inch beard and it went into the harness without any problems! Update: After using it a little, I watched the 3 videos again. Don't tighten the neck strap much at all. Tighten the two straps in the back really tight. That makes it grab the head firmly and then it's really comfortable. Yes, I can use the band strap after all. I'm using the chain right now for adding a bunch of new ways to use some handles for a cable machine I bought from Amazon. I'll use the chain for some plates after I get a little stronger.

Expensive but great. I used it today for the first time and it was the best neck workout I ever had. Holds weights with the chain in a controlled way and the material and straps are all tight, strong and solid. Has band and chain for a complete neck workout. Excellent product.
