A really good story
A book that you can't put down, from start to finish a rollicking good ride and I am going to read the next in the series now.

Intersting ideas
I enjoyed this book as the author developed some intersting ideas. Well worth a try.Unfortunately, book two starts well further developing the ideas. However the author seems to have taken them as far as they go and the books degenerates into details of sectarian violence. An interesting twist at the end fails to justify the repetitive violence.

It's okay.
Hmmmm, not a bad concept there times that I felt a life confused trying to keep up with who is where, give it a go you may enjoy this step Into the odd.

abrupt ending
Great book which really pulled me in, but it ended far too abruptly, and I felt forced to buy the next one in the series to "finish" the story! Great sale gimmick I suppose, but annoying to the reader. Otherwise I would have given it 5*s, no problem.

Absolutely brilliant!
What a brilliant concept this book is written around, and what a joy it is to read! What would you do with your time if you could leave your body any time you wanted, read a few books while you are there and maybe snoop around your world? What about if you could read minds? What would a young man do? Yup, he does! And it is so funny and exciting and clever. My son (18) recommended this book to me. All I can say is that if a young man and a 50-something woman liked it so much, it's got to be good. Buy it - you won't regret it. Thank goodness I have the next one to read now that the story line has really jotted up.

Entertaining read
I found that the idea of being able to shift into another dimension, where the action around the hero becomes frozen, was fascinating. I don't think that this book fully explored the advantages of this ability, but it may be that other books in the series are more cohesive.

A good start
Not bad, as fantasy stories go. It was a bit bogged down in the middle and a bit rushed towards the end.

A good free read
A good free read but the rest of the books in the series all cost money. Ok they got me, I'm probably going to pay and get the next one!!

Great book
A well written book that binds you till the end and then drops you off the moment with an unfinished reading in this part, looking forward to reading the complete series.

I enjoyed reading this book.Liked the setting and overall storyline/created world. It’s an easy, quick and entertaining read.I am intrigued as how this series develops. You can tell it is a first book which I believe will go into more depths in the following ones. I am going to continue reading.

Mind readers

Great Read
I am not one to 5-star lightly, but this has been hands down the most exhilarating read. I am not an avid reader myself, but this book was impossible to put down. But it is important to keep in mind that this is the start of a trilogy, and the other books are purchased separately. Keep in mind that there are some sexual scenes, but if that doesn't bother you, it is a great read. Even though it seems like a very unrealistic plot line, Dima Zales managed to keep engage the reader to a level where it really did not matter.I am looking forward to more books written by this author, and credit to you there.
