I was looking for something to help get sticky bread dough out of a bowl and this did the trick. It isn’t sturdy enough to cut bread dough into pieces (I bought another one for that), but it is perfect for what I needed. Fits in my hand well, just flexible enough, washes up with ease. It’s a small thing in the scheme of things, but a very useful thing to have!

You only notice bowl scraper when it doesn't work well. This perfect, firm enough to scrape, soft enough to conform to the bowl. Good solid piece in the hand, soft enough to scrape some dough off of your hands without cutting, but the edge is fine enough to scrape a bowl clean. I had some cheaper freebies and they were junk. Very happy with this one.

I use this for scraping sourdough out of mixing bowls and cookie dough out of my KitchenAid mixer. It's exactly what I've been looking for. Flexible enough to get the bowl scraped clean, yet sturdy enough to use for cutting through bread dough when dividing and shaping. I also like that it's larger than a lot of scrapers, so you need fewer passes to get the job done. It's a little spendy but completely worth having the tool I need. I'll be buying more of these.

I love this scraper for bread. It's flexible, so easy to manipulate when getting risen dough out of a bowl, but firm enough to do the job too.

OK if you like to lick the bowl you maybe wont like this. this gets every bit of batter from the bowl! Love it. Getting one for my son and his fiancé and giving them to friends for Christmas. Every baker needs one.

I use this to handle bread dough and I thought I would prefer one that's a bit stiffer, but this one works great. I toss it in the dishwasher when I'm done with it.
