Every one has criticized the role of emotions in the book, but emotions make a critical piece of our psycho-spiritual make up. I am certain that the author is not familiar with ETF based roles as such that play a key role in how couples settle their matters, explore matters in engaging ways.Not every emotional aspect is love, but love has to be in an emotional aspect, for the sake of understanding the Other person.

So my wife and I bought this book before we married. It has a ton of great advice and important questions to ask your partner before you tie the knot. Most people get swept away in the love and emotion of the relationship and never take time to tackle the tough topics like money, child rearing and in-laws to name a few. This book breaks down all the relevant questions by subject and reminds you to deal with ALL the issues that will arise in the future, before they become issues. Thanks Munira!

Good questions, I love the section on finances in marriage and how to manage your money. That's something I haven't thought about until reading the book. The book is a little on the small side, for the price I thought there would be a little more content.

The questions posed in this book are certainly helpful for getting to know your potential spouse. I should add that I am approaching this book as someone not actively looking to get married at the moment, however it is very clear to me that this text would be super useful when that time comes for me Insha Allah. Give it a go!

I really like how the author paints the entire relationship from getting to know each other to the later in life relationship and the important aspects to make your relationship stronger.

This is a great book for those who are serious about marriage! It might seem a little direct but these type of questions are required to really know the realities of marriage. I gifted this book to a friend of mine who enjoyed the book.

Livre très bien fait qui permet des temps d’introspection et qui regroupe toutes les questions qu’on DOIT se poser seul et avec notre futur(e) partenaire. La base religieuse aide beaucoup mais même pour des personnes de confessions différentes les questions posées et les problématiques soulevées restent tjrs très enrichissantes.
