Gets to the gutters on my two storey house easily and I have managed to get some of the detritus out, the pole and working at that distance means that you don't get the same control you would if you were up a ladder but that is expected. The brush is actually quite soft, great for leaves but dense waste would be difficult for it, I turned the head to scrape with the hard plastic first and then used the brush which was more effective. I would suggest this is a good way to keep the gutters clean rather than to get them clean in the first place.

I purchased this telescopic tool last week and before buying read the only negative being the brush element was a little feeble but it was still practical to use after some tinkering. Well I agree, the actual extendable pole part is very well made and sturdy. Extends to decent reaching lengths. But the actual end brush fitting is not stiff enough to remove leaves debris from the gutters. It is adjustable which helps but the brush will need taping up to make it more robust and able to clear the gutters. Overall pleased with the product though. And very good value.

It'll be ok if you've only got dry leaves in your top-level guttering, but anything more substantial than that, ie wet moss, silt and mud etc, and you'll find that the brushes are just too soft to have an impact.What I ended up doing was removing the brush head and fitting a metal coat hanger as a hook to clear the blockage.

I have just purchased this for my mum who has been looking on Amazon for a gutter cleaning product. It arrived in good enough time and decently packaged but sadly, this really is anything but easy to use! Very fiddly to get the brush to actually fit in the guttering from the ground so my mum ended up extending the pole out of a bedroom window to try and clean the conservatory guttering - that didn't work either. In my mum's words (who's 71) what a waste of money!!

A useful tool as long as the debris in your gutter is not too stuck or heavy because the bristles are not stiff enough to remove stubborn items. Also do not under estimate the strength required to use the tool at its full extension it can be a little cumbersome.

The brush is too soft to tackle any wet/packed leaves, the pole flexes around joints when section is fully extended and the head spins (push fit only). With gaffer tape strenghtening and during dry period it does the job without need to climb the ladder though.

Good for very light gutter clearing only.Anything more substantial is never going to be budged as the bristles are nowhere near rigid enough.Have found it more useful clearing spiders webs and minor dirt on the cladding.
