I bought it for the gliders and the exercise bands is just a bonus for me. I wanted the gliders to start doing various push ups as recommended by my trainer. It works well and stays in position and glides but requires good body control. Hopefully this will help with building muscle control for me and I will be more tone over time. For using this the past few weeks this exercise items works well and as intended.

Really great buy for the price. I bought the bands to extend my in home and gym workouts and they work well. The only issue I have is the plastic smell that lingers on your clothes and hands. Otherwise these are a nice addition to my gym routine.

When I read the reviews it said these do not roll up on your legs while working out. This is completely false. It is very irritating to try and work out and have to keep readjusting the band. It feels like it’s going to cut off circulation when it gets to bunched up. Very unsatisfied.

They got the job done but these are the 12” bands which are for taller/heavier people and I needed shorter length.

So far so good! Love then all! Def helps get that burn in!

This is my first day to use those bangs, looks nice and use good, hope I can lose weight

The bands are really wide. Like too wide to do most exercises effectively. The sliders do work well however.
