This does make leather and suede softer after washing. Prevents that hard crispy feeling.

I bought this product to condition my leather furniture. It did a great job. My leather furniture is old and had started to crack. It's amazing the improvement in appearance after just two applications. I poured this product into a spray bottle which made it much easier to use. I think using it three or four times a year will keep my leather furniture looking good for a long time.

I use it for my leather full seat breeches. It keeps the leather soft and supple. I would recommend it.

I use it on my the back of my sheepskin rug after washing in the correct product. I lay the rug out on a table (plastic) and pour this product on and rub it in all over, especially the edges which tend to dry out. Works great!

Am writing this because, altho' I ordered directly from the company, people should know this - and the associated products - are the best I've ever used on leathers.Here's what sounds like an impossible demand: I had a jacket - a lined leather jacket - which had gotten moldy ( damp storage) and would have cost a fortune to have cleaned by a pro - with no guarantees. Consider that the mold was also the inner side, under the lining, so not directly accessible.I used a combo of their products and WASHED the fine leather jacket in my washing machine. I was pretty sure that would be the end of my jacket, but since it was useless as is, in it went. This rinse followed use of their leather wash, and their top dressings were applied for when everything was dry again.The jacket came out absolutely fine. It has been a couple of years, and there has been no reappearance of the mold/mildew - which means the cleaning actually nailed the problem. So I wouldn't just buy this - but the whole range of Leather Therapy products. if you have leather goods which get use.this will save them.
