I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product for the price. This is very well made, durable, easy to use, versatile. Love the instructional workouts that it came with. I filled mine with sand, very easy to do with the double pouch. Good for varying weight from light to heavy, so anyone can use it. Really can’t go wrong by adding this to your exercise regimen.

The product was shipped in a timely manner and was in pristine condition. Can’t wait to add it to my workout. My only complaint would be that I’ll have to fill it with sand myself. But that’s being picky.

I bought a 27 lb bag but it was too heavy for me to do the swings around my head so I gave to son and bought the 17 lb. I was able to fill to 17.5 and there's more room but the extra bags to fill are square so not sure how they will fit. But for now, the 17.5 lb is fine. I enjoy the workout, it's different from weights or running so for now it's fun and it's getting me motivated to work out. Hoping to tone up and lose belly fat. Feels well made but since it's so light I don't think I will have problems like others with heavier weights. Make sure to put the oblong shaped bag in the canvas first, then fill with sand with a little shovel. Shift the sand to the sides as you do it, otherwise you won't get the sand in the ends. Whatever you do don't put the sand in the plastic bag first and then try to get it in the canvas bag it won't fit and then you'll have a mess. A 50lb bag of play sand at home depot is only $7.

Super sturdy. The bag material is super thick. I just wish it was easier to fill the bag with sand. The opening is kinda small and the outer shell has the same size opening. Being the outer shell it could stand to have a bigger zippered area. The grips are a little weird but overall solid.
